The Cobre Fácil automatic covers enable compliance with two dimensions of Brazilian legislation:
Labor Legislation
Norma Regulamentadora 35 (NR-35) by the Ministry of Labor and Employment regulates work at heights in Brazil, considering any activity carried out above 2 meters in height. According to the norm, working at heights should be avoided whenever there is an alternative, and it establishes a series of actions to be performed before engaging in work at heights, such as risk planning. It requires the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as scaffolding and connecting elements to prevent workers from falling.
Traffic Legislation
The Brazilian Traffic Code, in Article 231, establishes that traveling on public roads without proper load protection is a severe offense. This article was subsequently regulated by Resolution 441 of CONTRAN/DENATRAN, which reaffirms the need for loads to be properly covered and imposes penalties with fines and points on the driver's license.
